A lawyer by profession, Manfred Galdes is a partner of Fenech Farrugia Fiott Legal and managing partner at ARQ. He has spent the last nineteen years practising in the area of regulatory and AML compliance, having held leading roles both in the private and public sector.

Kris Baron
FCCA, FIA, CISA, CPA

Kris Baron is the partner in charge of regulatory matters at ARQ and is responsible for i-gaming and e-commerce clients. Kris held various positions at the National Audit Office, where he managed high level compliance, statutory and value-for-money audits of government owned corporations.

David Borg

Prior to co-founding ARQ, David Borg held senior finance positions with a number of companies operating out of Malta where he received significant exposure to the oil & gas, real estate, hospitality & tourism and offshore manning sectors. He is also active in developing and diversifying the group’s service lines.

Christian Farrugia 
LL.M (Lond), LL.D

A lawyer with over thirty years’ experience, Dr. Christian Farrugia has accumulated a wealth of practical experience and know-how in several areas of law, notably corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, shipping, asset finance and financial services. He is also lectures in shipping law at the University of Malta.
