Billing and Credit Control Coordinator
Adrienn joined A|R|Q as an intern assisting the Billing and Credit Control Department in August 2014. Following the conclusion of her internship she joined the Group on a full time basis in January 2015 taking on the role of ‘Billing Administrator’.
Adrienn took over responsibility for the Billing team in September 2015 and her responsibilities include monitoring the team’s performance to ensure that any set targets within the department are being met, provide support to the team on administrative issues, overseeing the delegation of work between the team members and in providing training to new employees on our billing and time keeping systems.
As a member of the management team , Adrienn is involved in both group-wide and entity based projects. In addition, she is heavily involved in the maintenance and ongoing development of our internal billing and timesheet systems, which include regular liaison with both our internal and external IT providers.
