With over 20 years of senior leadership experience, Dr Borg brings a wealth of expertise across industries including gaming, financial services, professional advisory, insurance, hospitality, education, and consultancy. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, along with an MPHIL, MBA, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Economics.
Dr Borg has held executive and director-level roles in both local and international contexts, consistently leading high-performing teams and driving transformative business initiatives. Her expertise spans strategic planning, organisational design, employee engagement, operational efficiency, and cross-border project execution.
As Chief Operating Officer at ARQ Group, Dr Borg will lead all internal teams with a strong focus on further streamlining operations, enhancing organisational alignment, and strengthening the group’s overall structure. Her leadership will be instrumental in fostering cross-functional collaboration, enabling stronger interdepartmental synergy, and ensuring the operational backbone of the organisation supports the sustained growth of all associated entities.
