Lara Baron is an integral member of the management team, using her wide experience and versatility of character to mentor and provide guidance to various departments at ARQ Group. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an Associate member of the Malta Institute of Accountants. Throughout her career, Lara has gained deep insight into various industries and in particular the Gaming industry where she has served and managed large gaming engagements. She leads the gaming unit and client requirements that include ensuring compliance requirements are met and providing system audits. Lara also serves as an internal auditor to licensed entities in her personal capacity.

Lara involves herself in various ad hoc projects and engagements within the group. Her exposure to Taxation and VAT principals are also added tools in her arsenal, that coupled with the rest of her skill set, allows Lara to properly manage complex situations and sensitive matters in effectively attending to the needs of the clients.
