Senior Manager - Economic and Business Intelligence

An economist by profession, Glenn heads ARQ’s Economic and Business Intelligence function.
Prior to joining ARQ, Glenn worked at one of the Big4 firms in Malta as part of its newly set up economic advisory unit and played an important role in driving its market intelligence arm. As a manager within the unit, Glenn was involved in a number of significant engagements for both public and private sector clients, including economic impacts, public policy and multiple scenario assessments. He was also very actively involved in various market intelligence initiatives in the hospitality and retail sectors.
Before moving to the private sector Glenn also held a number of roles in the public sector, starting at Air Malta and later the Malta Communications Authority. His role at Air Malta was to support operational & strategic decisions. At the Malta Communications Authority, Glenn’s role was at the heart of the regulatory function, testing specific telecoms and postal markets in order to establish the extent of competition therein.
Glenn holds a Masters degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Economics and Public Policy.
