Ramona holds an MBA from Henley Business School (University of Reading, UK) as well as an MA in Protocol and Soft Diplomacy Skills from the ISPD Belgium (Universidad Camilo José Cela, Spain). She is also triple certified and licensed by the International Etiquette and Protocol Academy of London, and is an International Business Etiquette, Protocol and Cross-Cultural Relations Consultant and Coach.
