As of April 2019, ARQ Group is enrolled as a full Integra International member in association with Capstone Group who has been the audit member since 2012.

Integra International is an interactive association of CPA’s CA’s and Business Advisors that collaborate and share knowledge in an open and regular manner. This association, founded in 1994, has member firms in over 70 countries and as at 2017 was ranked in 16th place in a list of leading professional associations worldwide. Member firms undergo a rigorous pre acceptance audit to ensure that quality control standards and common principles are in place.

The value of Integra membership

This membership allows us to provide our client’s with global solutions.  We are able to represent clients’ interests and support them professionally beyond our borders by entrusting them to a member firm who will apply the same principles and work ethic that clients are accustomed to when dealing with us.

The Future of Integra

The vision of the current global board of Integra International is to transform the association from one that is predominantly driven by the accounting profession, to one which embraces professionals from different disciplines such as lawyers, economists and specialised consultants in order to meet the challenges and opportunities that the rise of technology and AI will drive across our industry. The parallels with ARQ’s own development into multi-disciplinary centres of expertise, moving away from the traditional polar professional office model are clear.

Maximising opportunities

Integra International is all about networking. With two principal chapters, EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India & Africa) and AANZ (America, Australia, Asia & New Zealand) managed by independent board of directors reporting to a Global Board, Integra has a number of full-time employees to support the respective boards in growing and developing the association further.

Each chapter organises an annual regional conference which focus on regional issues with an annual Global Conference that addresses global arguments and sharing of forward looking strategic plans to continue to position Integra International as an innovator.

Integra also organises a number of events by special interest groups within the organisation. These include Tax and ProYouth workshops which seek to foster exchange programmes and development support for young professionals in member firms.

The next Integra conference will take place in Munich, Germany from the 13th – 15th June.

ARQ partner, David Borg sits on the EMEIA and the Global Board of Integra.  Kindly contact David directly on dborg@arqgroup.com for any further information on Integra and the extensive range of services available from ARQ.
