Ramona Galea is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 25 years experience working in diverse industries, mostly fast paced, multi-cultural environments. She has notable experience leading and motivating dynamic teams and implementing efficient processes while optimising business results. Her resolve lies in being a firm advocate for today’s ever increasingly important soft skills and how these, together with an organisation’s core values, add value and drive success.

Ramona holds an MBA from Henley Business School (University of Reading, UK) as well as an MA in Protocol and Soft Diplomacy Skills from the ISPD Belgium (Universidad Camilo José Cela, Spain). She is also triple certified and licensed by the International Etiquette and Protocol Academy of London, and is an International Business Etiquette, Protocol and Cross-Cultural Relations Consultant and Coach.
