Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP) – Brochure

The recently announced Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP) is a development from the successful Malta Residence & Visa Programme.

The MPRP sits within the Immigration Act legal framework (S.L. 217.26,) and is open for all third country nationals (a person who is not a citizen of an EU or EEA country, nor a Swiss national) and their qualifying dependents. The new MPRP allows permit holders to reside in Malta and to benefit from visa free travel across the Schengen for 90 days out of 180 days. It shall also permit holders to be gainfully employed in Malta.
