Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP) – Factsheet

The recently announced Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP) is open for all third country nationals (a person who is not a citizen of an EU or EEA country, nor a Swiss national) and their qualifying dependents. It allows permit holders to reside in Malta and to benefit from visa free travel across the Schengen region for 90 days out of 180 days. Permit holders may be gainfully employed in Malta.
