MFSA releases document outlining MFSA’s Brexit expectations for financial sectors

This circular from the MFSA has just been released providing an update to Maltese licence holders in financial sectors and UK entities offering financial services in Malta.  It outlines the expectations of the MFSA regarding the Brexit as the transition period comes to an end shortly on 31 December 2020.
