ARQ’s VAT reporting solution uses data from our accounting system to produce VAT reports which comply with local filing requirements.
ARQ’s team assists with the preparation of periodic VAT Returns and the Recapitulative Statements, ensuring timely submission to the VAT Department. We also assist with Intrastat reporting – a requirement for companies that trade across EU borders – and with the preparation and submission of declarations for companies registered under Article 12 of the VAT ACT. Our team also assists with refund applications, preparation and submission of OSS declarations, computation of partial attribution, filing objections and appeals and the preparation and filing of adjustment forms.
